In order to achieve your life mission, you need to breakdown long term goals into short term goals. Both long term or short term goals should adopt SMART criteria for goals setting.

Making SMART goals is a great reference when it comes to preparing goals for your life whether short or long term. Prepare goals daily and review on a daily basis, here are the criteria to follow:

“I will meditate daily for 20 minutes before sleep to overcome my negative thoughts and reduce their intensity.”Now closely take note how it is specific and short (meditate for a week), measurable (daily note-taking to check if done properly), achievable (before sleep is the time best for it because its calm and silent and free of distraction), realistic (within in capacity and easy to do by lying on bed with eyes closed and lights off with comfort level) and time-based (20 minutes per day).

After we have a clear idea of what we want to achieve and the set of goals for taking actions, another approach we can adopt is goal visualization.

Goals visualization is a process of visualizing the outcome when we achieve the goals.

But the most emphasis is the feeling we have when we have finally achieved the goals.

We only visualize the positive side of the outcome or the best result we dreamt of.

Simply focus on what you want and how good feelings when achieved the goals.

The visualization process intends to provide a better sense of direction to navigate what would like to achieve. This is also a practice of manifestation of law of attraction.

Step 2. See it. Put it visible anywhere you can see it.

Manifesting is intentionally creating what you want or desire, it can be money, health, car, house or relationship. If we going to manifest something, it meant we going to adopt changes in our habit in order to get something new.

However, our experience, last failure, our mistake, our regret, and unpleasant memories lies in our unconscious mind. Medication is a practice where individuals use to transforming the mind. This practice uses techniques to acquire mind concentration, clarity, and emotional calmness. By practicing meditation, you are learning how to control the mind, because you are responsible for focusing on the things that you want to focus on.

Everybody knows that a good start-up in the morning is the most important moment for the whole day. A day starts with the morning. Some said whether the good or bad of a day is heavily dependent on the morning. So, what to do in the morning to make it a turning point for the rest of the day? Exercises, yoga, meditation, self-talk, reading… In my opinion, it can be anything that you feel comfortable, ease or productive. Over the last couple of years, the popularity of the law of attraction practices also introduced a sub practice called positive affirmation.

The positive affirmation is not only practice in the morning, it can be any time of the day. However, positive affirmation in the morning will bring in the highest working effectiveness especially while our mind in the middle of conscious and unconscious when the time we wake up.

For most of the people, waking up in the morning is a painful action, especially you are earlier than the sunrise and the surrounding still very dark. Just a small percentage of people enjoy the pleasure to wake up. No matter pleasure or suffer, you have to get away from the bed after the alarm triggered.

However, once you wake up you may need some trick to get away the fatigue and get back the energy ensures you have enough energy for daily activities.

Actually many people having the problem of high level of insulin, maybe years or decades, before they do diagnosis. Statistic show that almost 50% of the American have diabetes or prediabetes. Even 16-25% of normal-weight people also have insulin resistance. All these figures indicate that prediabetes and even diabetes are not getting diagnostic in the early stage.

The problem of insulin resistance is when it’s gone up, the greater the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. At the same time, when the insulin resistance level increased, it tends to make people hungry. So this is the main reason for obesity and overweight. Carbohydrate based food likely has been blamed by people to caused obesity and overweight.

This is a fact that carbohydrates affect the glucose level and insulin level. When we eat carbohydrates, glucose and insulin are jump to a higher level. For protein we consumed, it has less effect, and for fat, it looks very least impact on the insulin level. Yes, the carbohydrate eaten caused glucose and insulin level spike up and finally also caused hungry and overeat and fat build-up. You may hungry all the time if your insulin level is always at a high level.

Finally, all of this is because of how to eat. What kind of food recommended for those have prediabetes or diabetes, or even normal blood sugar people? Carbohydrate based foods are essential to us? The normal path of type 2 diabetes medication is going like this way: eat carbohydrate > high glucose > take medication > eat carbohydrate. Here is the explanation of this cycle: When the patient takes medication, then its recommend to take carbohydrate to balance it, otherwise the sugar level will be too low. So, for the medication path, the patient has to eat more carbohydrates to avoid the side effect of the medication. It is contradictory that all of us know that carbohydrate is not good for diabetes, insulin resistance actually consider carbohydrate intolerance.

Therefore, consumption of sugar definitely not required because our body can make glucose. There is not necessary to recommend patient to take carbohydrate-based foods which intake over half of their total energy a day. And the best part is lost weight in the process. Of course, if the patient eats excessive carbohydrates again, the sick will come back.

Fat is the only nutrient that keeps the blood sugar, glucose and insulin low. As mentioned before, fat doesn’t affect glucose and insulin level. 1. Stay away from the grocery store. Packaged food that emphasis on low fat or fat-free should stay away because, without the fat, they put in carbohydrate and chemicals.

2. Eat natural foods. To ensure low carbohydrate foods in your mouth, only eat real foods, that are naturally sourced and not in the box and not factory processed products.

4. Only eat when you are hungry. Don’t follow your routine timing of breakfast, lunch or dinner, if not hungry no need to eat.

5. No grains, No potatoes, No sugar. All of these foods contain a high level of carbohydrate and should be avoided. There are some non-grain based ingredients such as almond, hazelnut, flax and coconut which make delicious food. And the truly wholegrain is good for us.
